Plumbing Apprentice

Roth Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a full-time JATC Area 1 Plumbing Apprentice to become part of our growing plumbing department.  The Plumbing Apprentice is responsible for assisting our journeyman plumbers with the installation and repair of residential plumbing systems while providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and company sponsored programs

The wages for this position are based off the latest JATC Area 1 apprenticeship wage rates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist journeyman with all related in-home service calls efficiently and accurately
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
• Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Support the journeyman plumber in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
  
• Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training
• Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork

Competencies and qualifications:

• Must be accepted into the AREA I JATC Plumbing apprenticeship program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving record
