HVAC Residential Apprentice Installer

Roth Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking full-time, qualified HVAC apprentices to join our residential team.  The residential installer will be responsible for installing HVAC systems to industry and company standards while focusing on ensuring a high-quality customer experience.  No experience is necessary as we will provide all training.  As an HVAC apprentice installer, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time.

Starting wage begins at $16 - $18 per hour depending on experience.  We offer 100% employer paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance for the employee and 50% employer paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance for their spouse and/or children.  Paid time off and paid holidays.  401(k) with match and profit sharing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist a journeyman installer in all HVAC system installations
• Aid in properly staging jobs
• Communicate with customers and establish rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
• Support a journeyman installer in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried van
• Actively participate in company sponsored training opportunities
• Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
